All returned merchandise, defective or non-defective, requires a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by Indigenous designs. Before you return any items to Indigenous, please call 1 (707) 571-7811 x227 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and have our support agent issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
INDIGENOUS prides itself on our premium hand crafted quality apparel. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your garments fit, or feel the garment is defective in any way please call 1 (707) 571-7811 x227 or e-mail email@example.com to contact a support agent.
Online Store Purchases
If you have purchased an INDIGENOUS product from our online store and receive an incorrect or damaged shipment please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1 (707) 571-7811 x227. If we have made an error we will make it right at no cost to you.
If you change your mind and wish to return like new unopened products to INDIGENOUS within 10 days you will also need a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Retail Store Purchases
If you have purchased an INDIGENOUS product from a retail store and are not satisfied, please return the product (along with the receipt) to the store where you made the purchase. We do not give refunds for items purchased in retail locations.
If your place of purchase does not accept returns and you feel that the product is not up to Indigenous high standards you can call us at 1 (707) 571-7811 x227 within 10 days of purchase and we will consider a replacement. This is not a guarantee of replacement. Please include a copy of the original receipt and our return form as well as your concerns about the quality.
